Good to know before you start
No. The till works completely offline: selling, printing receipts, credit and cashing up. Your data is sent to the dashboard automatically as soon as the connection is back.
Create your account, install GasokPOS at the station, and connect it with your account key. Your first sales show up on the dashboard after the first sync. You can add more stations whenever you are ready.
You get a 7-day grace period. After that, syncing to the cloud pauses until you renew. Your stations keep selling the whole time, and they catch up automatically once you are active again.
Yes. Each company has its own account and only your team can see your sales, customers and staff. The database on each station computer is encrypted.
GasokPOS prints silently to the printer you choose, on 80 mm thermal paper. If a printer is missing or switched off, the cashier is told straight away.
Yes. Add them as viewers. They can see every report but cannot change settings, billing or other logins. You can see who signed in and what changed in the audit log.
